Order – OPEN
Upon placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms:
Payment
The only payment method accepted is PAYPAL. If it’s your first time ordering, the first half of the payment is due when your order is submitted, I will send you a confirmation email with information detailing the price and email to send it to. When I receive the payment, I will start working on your order. You will receive a preview of your order within 2-3 weeks, when delivered you can request any needed changes and/or send the other half of the payment. If it’s not your first time ordering with me, full payment can be sent when you receive your preview.
Images
Images should be high quality, untagged and uploaded to either a fansite gallery, image host (imagebam, imgbox, pixhost, etc) or compressed and in a zip file for download for the best quality design. Although in some cases, I can work with MQ images as long as the quality is good. Remember HQ pictures = HQ design.
Credits
Credit must stay intact on themes. You can edit it as much as you please, but please keep the credit intact. Please do not redistribute/resell/reuse codes and images from your order.
Support
While it is preferred that you do have some HTML knowledge, I always provide support for all themes created by me. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you come across any errors or have any questions regarding your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
If an order is cancelled before the preview is sent, you will receive 50% of your first payment returned. If an order is cancelled after previews are sent, no refund will be available.
